ImageIn order to facilitate the smooth processing of the
Biennial Renewal Process and our services offered
by the Council, nurses are reminded of the
following facts.

Offices Relocated
Our offices are now located at 50 H.W.T. Road

Opening Hours
Mondays-Thursdays - 9:00am. - 3:30pm
Fridays - 9:00am. - 3 :OOpm

Due to security concerns, the Council no longer accepts cash payment effective July 1, 2009.
Payment for services offered can be made at any branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia
using payment voucher available at the Nursing Council.


Increased Fees
Effective April 19, 2010 fees for verification of licences will be as follows
Locally Trained - US$100.00 or the Jamaican equivalent
Foreign trained - US$150.00 or the Jamaican equivalent
Express Service - US$50.00 or the Jamaican equivalent
Ensure that all personal information is completed as
outlined on the form Key areas
In order to facilitate the smooth processing 
of the Biennial Renewal Process and ouer services
offered by the Council, nurses are reminded of the following facts.

Personal Information:
Ensure that all personal infomation is completed as outlined
on the form Key areas include:
- The Tax Registration Number (T.R.N) is especially important
as the application cannot be processed "Without it "
- The registration number of the application. e.g. R.G.N or R.M. or B.A.N.
is needed to verify the status of the applicant

- I
nclude a cell number for ease of communication

- Last renewaI period to determine the period of licensure

- Place of employment - To update our records
